Strategical Plan Islamic Study Faculty Universitas Islam Riau has being arranged with a clear purpose. The purpose on arranging the strategic plan Islamic Study Faculty UIR is to give a direction of medium-term development design Islamic Study Faculty-UIR in last 4 (four) years in using a holistic-thematic, integrative, and spatial based approach according to the goals, faculty obstacles, and strategical college issues and give an attention to the Faculty financial capability. Strategical Plan Islamic Study Faculty-Universitas Islam Riau has a meaning too on provides a legal basis and reference for Dean of Islamic Study Faculty-Universitas Islam Riau who implemented the college of Catur Dharma.

The aim of Strategic Plan Islamic Studies Faculty Universitas Islam Riau 2021 – 2025:

  1. Examine the development performance for last 4 (four) years according to an analysis of general description, goals and Faculty evaluation.
  2. Formulate the problem and the issue of faculty development strategical according to the performance goals and evaluation for last several years.
  3. Explaining about vision, mission, aim and targeting the chosen Islamic Study Faculty Dean.
  4. Examine the target and direction of Islamic Study Faculty-Universitas Islam Riau in 2021-2041 first stage of development main plan policy.
  5. Formulate the aim, target, strategy, policy directions and Faculty development program also funding development framework Islamic Study Faculty-Universitas Islam Riau for 4 (four) years forward.
  6. Examine the maintanance performance and indicator performance 11 pillar development Islamic Study Faculty-Universitas Islam Riau.
